The K1 is one of Kawai's most economic digital synthesizers in the K-series. The K1 has 256 digital samples of waveforms, 50 of which are from acoustic instruments. You combine up to four wave shapes to create very new and unique sounds. Yamaha P-70 lightweight digital piano w/ speakers
The Yamaha P70 is a lightweight portable electronic piano with 88 graded action keys and built-in stereo speakers. Please note that the keyboard does not feel like an acoustic piano but lies somewhere between a piano and a synth.
The Yamaha P-70 has an amazingly realistic sound quality usually only found in more expensive models. It features an array of commonly used sounds such as grand pianos, electric pianos, organs, harpsichords, vibraphones, and strings. Using Yamaha’s own AWM stereo sampling, sounds were recorded directly from a variety of instruments. Each voice is recorded in stereo, and thus faithfully replicates the sound and warmth of the original instrument.
Half (continuous) pedaling capability
Rather than simply switching sustain ON or OFF, the P-70 responds to 127 levels of pedal depth. This allows for a more authentic piano performance by emulating the fluid control a pianist has over the damper pedal.
